My fastest was the 2011 Salt Lake Marathon with a finishing time of 03:39:02. My fastest half was the Ogden Marathon/Half Marathon with a finishing time of 01:40:18.
Short-Term Running Goals: With the birth of my twins, I kind of fell off the running wagon. I have slowly been trying to get back into shape and get marathon ready. My short term goals include increasing speed, endurance and to get into better overall shape. Long-Term Running Goals: I would love to qualify for Boston! | | Great day for a run. Almost 50 outside! My legs were a bit dead from the run yesterday so my pace wasn't all that great again. Averaged a 9:36 min/mile.
Up to 23rd, over to Lambourne, down to 20th and back home.

| | First time in my new Brooks. They flet pretty good; however me on the other hand did not. I have been sick for the last couple of day and I forced myself to get out and go. It was harder than i thought it was going to be. I could barely muster a little over 3 miles. Pace was slow at 9:46. BUt at least I got out. Until next time.
