Running Accomplishments:

I have ran 10 marathons as of 2014.  My fastest was the 2011 Salt Lake Marathon with a finishing time of 03:39:02.  My fastest half was the Ogden Marathon/Half Marathon with a finishing time of 01:40:18. 

 

Short-Term Running Goals:

With the birth of my twins, I kind of fell off the running wagon.  I have slowly been trying to get back into shape and get marathon ready.  My short term goals include increasing speed, endurance and to get into better overall shape. 

Long-Term Running Goals:

I would love to qualify for Boston!

I am married, have twin boys that just turned four years old.

Ran from my house to the pumpkin park with the boys in the jogging stroller.  Accidentally saved my run when I was at the park so it was split up into two runs.  Slow pace, but with the heat and the boys it was just bound to happen.
