Ran a wonky loop today. From my house through the neighborhoods to avoid all of the construction on 2300 East. Ran over to Lambourne and back. Zig-zagged around 3300 south and made my way back home. Went very slow today. My right shin has been bugging me so I thought I would take it slow. I actually enjoyed the slower pace. Felt like I could go forever and had a small amount of pain in the shin. All in all a success!
