Running Accomplishments:

I have ran 10 marathons as of 2014.  My fastest was the 2011 Salt Lake Marathon with a finishing time of 03:39:02.  My fastest half was the Ogden Marathon/Half Marathon with a finishing time of 01:40:18. 

 

Short-Term Running Goals:

With the birth of my twins, I kind of fell off the running wagon.  I have slowly been trying to get back into shape and get marathon ready.  My short term goals include increasing speed, endurance and to get into better overall shape. 

Long-Term Running Goals:

I would love to qualify for Boston!

I am married, have twin boys that just turned four years old.

Switched it up a little today.  Ran on 2300 East over and down to Highland High and then turned around and made my way home.  It was hot this morning which made it slow.  That and with sick kiddos, thus no sleep, the run was hard.
